Karnataka's Dr Puneeth Rajkumar Hrudaya Jyothi Scheme has saved more than 12,500 lives through rapid heart-attack care, including 2,386 people below 45.

STEMI programme covers 31 districts through 86 Spoke & 10 Hub hospitals.

It has conducted 14.94 lakh ECGs & identified 22,579 STEMI cases.

Door-to-Needle time has fallen from 34.5 to 16.6 minutes..Door-to-Balloon time has dropped from 170 to 57.5 minutes. Eligible patients receive Tenecteplase free.

Does anyone care? Commuters clearly do. The question is whether those in-charges (authorities) do.

6 km. 1.5 hours.
That's 4 km/h, slower than a brisk walk, in a city that calls itself India's tech capital.

And every time, the conversation drifts to "too many outsiders" or "too much migration."
That's a deflection. Cities grow. Every major city in the world has absorbed people chasing opportunity.

Growth is a planning input, not an excuse. It's the job of authorities to build roads, transit and drainage ahead of demand. The people stuck on ORR didn't fail Bengaluru. Bengaluru's planning failed them.

Migrants pay taxes too. So do locals, and all of us are stuck in the same jam, losing hours, health and income. Blaming each other is exactly what lets the people accountable stay invisible.

So let's ask the right questions:

🔹️Why do flyover and metro works run years past their deadlines?
🔹️Who is accountable for Silk Board, Agara and Bellandur still being chokepoints?
🔹️Where is the credible plan for buses, feeder connectivity and alternate links?

A student shouldn’t have to chase down a bus just to reach her exam. 🚌

Public transport is a basic service, not a favour. If students are waiting at a designated stop, buses must stop, especially on exam days.

@KSRTC_Journeys and @osd_cmkarnataka must jointly investigate this incident, ensure accountability, and make rural services reliable during school and college hours.

No student should miss an exam because a bus chose not to stop.

Bengaluru Central City Corporation Commissioner Jagadish G directed officials to expedite infrastructure & cleanliness works at KR Market.

He ordered daily/shift-wise cleaning, prompt waste disposal & action against footpath encroachments.

Officials were told to repair electricity systems, toilets, damaged tiles and steps, and address waterlogging through concreting & drainage.

Traders with pending shop rents must clear dues within 15 days, failing which shops will be locked and taken into Corporation custody.
