SBI has just moved the High Court claiming ownership of 5 acres in the 6.29-acre Raidurgam plot that was recently auctioned for a record ₹237 Cr per acre.

Given SBI’s reputation, this petition is damaging not only to the government’s image but also to Hyderabad’s. I hope the state resolves this quickly and delivers the land to the auction winner, Gowra Ventures, without delays.
