@Uber_India Disappointing experience today. Driver made me pay via UPI, claimed it failed despite proof, and then forced cash payment as well. This is unacceptable behavior and needs immediate attention. Please look into this.

@FaberIndia It’s been over ten days since I purchased a hob top,yet the installation is still pending.The technician has been giving me the runaround every day. escalated the issue to customer service,this level of incompetence and negligence your service is absolutely the worst.
@Wooden_street Useless and nonexistent customer service. My order id shows it does not exist, there is no response from customer support inspite of mails!!

The issue is still not resolved, there is no response from the support team for over 30 days now. I’m not sure which other company works on non existent support teams? The quality of furniture is sub standard and there’s no one to resolve this
@UberIN_Support Looks like there’s no action whatsoever, my complaint was not about the cancellation. It was about the driver demanding ₹1000 while Uber only showed ₹550. Your customer service is inept & useless. Neither have I been contacted
