My bf is going away w his family in his country of heart for a bit more than a week and im so scared to be alone - i really am not ready to live alone tbf - i need to be rational and eat normally even when i have full free will
I hate how the media and the "fans" demonize being uw and having an ed - her body is hers and nobody should comment on it no matter what - but in her case she is visibly very unhealthy and we cannot preach this type of body as normal cause it isn't -
- so please just be considerate and let her be cause nobody can decide for her, in this mental illness no one can help you if you refuse to cooperate or realise the damage your doing to your own body !
- complicated for her to ever consider to recover in the public eye, also in the non disordered sphere of "fans" i feel like there is sm fetishization of "a boney body" and it feels really weird to see this obsessive stalking of her body and apparent bones -
Does anyone else remember Amy Winehouse, who passed away on July 23, 2011, at just 27 years old? She struggled with alcohol addiction and an eating disorder. She was an incredibly talented artist, and I still feel the world lost someone truly special.
When i was deep in the ed my only reason to live was being able to have my beer everynight and smoking and now my reasons to live are my boyfriend, my cats, my craft, hanging out with my friends, having the energy to live, make jokes, laugh, go shopping
The ed voices are always wrong and vicious - its like a toxic ex who wants to get u back by manipulating you into thinking that u need them even if you know that u would suffer because of them
I realize now that i had ana face when i was at my lowest but in the moment i didn't thought that I had it - my natural face is way more doll like and back then i looked just sick
Hello its been a while since I tweeted here but I have succeeded against the war of ed im currently in full recovery and my mind feels lighter, im treated for severe depression and anxiety and im living life more freely now
The worst step in recovery is actually gaining back all the healthy and weight (and more) and battling the fucking ed thoughts that want you to JUST a lose some kg to feel better because you hate your body sm that you miss your uw body
