JUST IN: The altercation was reportedly captured by “Rush Hour” director Brett Ratner, who is with Trump's delegation to scout locations for Rush Hour 4.
As the Artemis 2 circles around the dark side of the moon, a power-drunk leader threatens to annihilate one of the oldest civilizations in the world, and a new technological revolution is fast approaching with AGI. We’re doing an awfully good job being humans this week.
If not today bc of novelty, but it’s baked into our essence. That being said, I think these are indeed cool tools, having messed around with them. But cautious when talk pertains around replacement over co-existence and integration.
Cool, but definitively lacking the weight of a soul burdened by choice. Each movement feels monotonous, as if they are fighting without reason. It lacks the tension necessary to care beyond “this looks cool”.
I don’t think AI will truly capture the human intention behind an action which is unique to each actor, writer, director, cinematographer, etc. I think or at least choose to believe audiences value that sense of decision making and individuality over immediate gratification.
We made ChatGPT pretty restrictive to make sure we were being careful with mental health issues. We realize this made it less useful/enjoyable to many users who had no mental health problems, but given the seriousness of the issue we wanted to get this right.
Now that we have been able to mitigate the serious mental health issues and have new tools, we are going to be able to safely relax the restrictions in most cases.
In a few weeks, we plan to put out a new version of ChatGPT that allows people to have a personality that behaves more like what people liked about 4o (we hope it will be better!). If you want your ChatGPT to respond in a very human-like way, or use a ton of emoji, or act like a friend, ChatGPT should do it (but only if you want it, not because we are usage-maxxing).
In December, as we roll out age-gating more fully and as part of our “treat adult users like adults” principle, we will allow even more, like erotica for verified adults.
This to make us comfortable with the idea that “space exploration” will be sidelined for “space tourism”, by Blue Origin at least. In other words, we are entering the era of space propaganda
Olivia Munn calls out Blue Origin space trip:
“What’s the point? Is it historic that you guys are going on a ride? I think it’s a bit gluttonous. Space exploration was to further our knowledge and to help mankind. What are they gonna do up there that has made it better for us down here?”
Ryan Coogler, the director of Black Panther and Creed, breaks down each film format and the many ways you can see Sinners on the big screen. Sinners, shot on KODAK 65mm film is only in theaters April 18. #SinnersMovie
@Lordvonzs You guys are some fuckin losers man. Nonsensically caring too much about fiction. Get over it, you’re not a fan of the casting, don’t watch the show you virgins and move on with your life
We drinking Pepsi this holiday season. Not even water or wine. Just copious amounts of Pepsi. Let’s get the Pepsi stock boomin while cocaine cola crashes and burns.
A staggering American epic, boldly captured in VistaVision. Watch the first trailer for Brady Corbet’s THE BRUTALIST, starring Adrien Brody, Felicity Jones and Guy Pearce. Opens in 70mm this December.
If the current Hollywood trends persist, (bigger budget investments + short theatrical runs = smaller margin for profits) I can see a seismic shift may take place soon that enables a new independent scene to emerge. Limited resources in the hands of artists rarely fail.
Here’s my ‘shoot your shot’;
If anyone at @MarvelStudios were to read this, I am a writer and director and love to tell stories. If there is ever an opportunity to learn and work under your creative team, let me know where I can apply! #MCU
My ‘RDJ is back in MCU’ theory goes like this: Maria Stark, or Maria Von Doom before she met Howard, is originally Latverian in the MCU. Doom is from a universe where Maria’s parents stayed in Latveria, and Maria Von Doom first meets Howard under totally different circumstances.
... written and directed works imo, pre or post-Endgame. With the whole “RDJ is back” news, I want to posit my theory, my prediction, and overall thoughts, grounded in the realm of the storytelling potentialities of the MCU.
