@redBus_in Case number 33319397 i called the bus 3 times they havent picked up they reach to my location 15 mins earlier
Nothing they have mentioned that they are reaching early
and in 2 minutes they moved my bus without letting me know kindly check and issue my refund

@excitel_rocks One of the worst service you have its been 3 days my internet is off and it came for just 5 minutes in last 3 days and in that 5 minutes you guys have called me 5 times rest your internet is 0 my tickets whch i raised u guys are closing without resolving “PATHETIC”

I tried to go through your Customer service but they denied they said ticket price is dynamic where there is no such case

There is no resolution provided you guys are sating product is good and proper condition however i have put the pictures where authentication scanner is already torned
Now if its not resolved by today
I’ll complain to consumer court then we’ll see

Kindly advise 1 thing if i have received the order 2 days ago without your yellow tag how can your pickup agent asked for the same and he has denied for pickup also there is 1 tag attached which is already there kindly check below and do the needful ASAP

Kindly check with your pickup agent and give him the disclaimer to pick the item with the seal tag whichever is attached with order we havent received any yellow tag in dress which he is asking kindly resolve this asap before he reach to my location again to pickup
