Why do our national TV channels find only ONE demon in the whole story—Yasin Malik? What about the high profile Indian costume designers who designed and decorated him as a "model of revolution"? Hasn't he named everyone of them in his 85-page affidavit? Why doesn't anybody question the way they conveniently created the stereotypes of "hardliners" and "moderates" and thus a State justification to his entire existence, acceptance and glorification?

Don't we see the photographs of Malik's hugs and meeting with the top Indian politicians, PMs, CMs, Chiefs? Didn't they, from 1994 to 2019, make a meeting, friendship or dinner with Malik as a State statement of fashion and status? Didn't we see two J&K Chief Ministers virtually bowing to Malik at the remembrance ceremony of Kashmir editors Sonaullah Bhat Aftab and Sofi Ghulam Mohammad at SKICC? Wasn't someone holding status equal to that of the Chief Justice of India serving Wazwan to guests at Malik’s Waleema in Srinagar? Wasn't Malik permitted, encouraged and facilitated to visit Kashmir's schools and colleges, collect 1 million signatures to his 'resolution', collect and carry ₹1 crore in cash from Srinagar to Rawalpindi for the earth quake victims? Did anybody arrest or ask him a question over his dharna with Hafiz Saeed in Pakistan? Did anybody question CBI how it slept over a stay of J&K High Court on the Indian Air Force killings and Rubaiya Sayeed kidnapping cases from April 2009 to April 2019? Who created him as a 'Parallel State" in Kashmir? Who permitted, funded and facilitated dozens of his world tours and lectures on Kashmir's "Azadi", including his marriage and visits in Pakistan? Didn't we see an Indian Prime Minister hugging Yasin Malik but humiliating the 24 Wandhama massacre victims — Kashmiri Pandit men, women and children— by inaugurating the winter games at Gulmarg on 28 January 1998 while the cremation was happening in Ganderbal?

If Malik and his JKLF terrorists have killed Sarla Bhat once [that's still inconclusive in trial], his patrons and promoters in the Indian system have killed her a hundred times. Shame on the channels who conveniently see only one Rakshas in the whole story and do not unmask them all, one by one!

Not evn a single statemnt frm @NayabSainiBJP @RaoNarbir @Rao_InderjitS @MukeshSharmaGG on d fiasco arnd waterlogging in Gurugram yest. No shame or guilt arnd d inconvenience caused 2 little school kids. These jokers hav normalized dis as a regular event & ranting from public.

This is the Haryana government’s answer to Gurugram’s waterlogging crisis.
Don’t send school buses on waterlogged roads!
Use alternative routes.
If there is no safe alternative, keep children in school and inform parents.
But here’s the question the government needs to answer:
How do children get home?
They went to school. Their buses are meant to bring them back. If the roads are waterlogged, where exactly are these “alternative routes”?
Instead of fixing Gurugram’s chronic waterlogging, poor drainage and bad planning, the government is effectively telling schools, parents and children to work around the problem.
This isn’t a solution.
It is an advisory on how to live with a failure that has been years in the making.
Gurugram calls itself the Millennium City.
The least it can do is ensure that children can get home safely when it rains. Shame on the #Haryanagovt @diprogurugram1 @NayabSainiBJP @Suhelseth

Sanitation workers are not of a specific caste. Pls quote data sources.

Recently during a recruitment drive for Sanitation workers, there was a strike by one community who did not want others to get their jobs.

ABSOLUTELY WRONG!!

1. Reservation in jobs/education are not mandatory Constitutional provisions.
Supreme Court has already clarified that neither Reservation is a Constitutional right, nor it's the duty of the state to provide it.
Reservations are mere enabling provisions. They aren't "Constitutional/Fundamental rights".

2. Reservation in politics (articles 330-332) are only mandatory constitutional provisions and they had a duration of 10 yrs (article 334), which has been amended 7 times to increase duration from 10 to 80 yrs.

3. Article 16-1 (equality of opportunity for all citizens) & 15-1 (no discrimination based on caste, religion, sex, place etc) ARE the fundamental rights!

4. Articles 15-4 & 16-4 are EXCEPTION clauses, to articles 15-1 & 16-1 respectively.
Without these exception clauses, any special provision, for any community, couldn't be provided! So these clauses had to be added under these articles.
That doesn't make them mandatory provisions!
Even Dr. Ambedkar clearly said that reservation is an "exception".

5. Language of articles 15-4 & 16-4 clearly show that govts are permitted or enabled (if they want) to make any "special provision" for specific communities, one of the special provisions could be reservation!
So reservation in job/education is indeed a policy issue!

6. We are raising voice against reservation misuse, FROM LAST 5 YEARS.
-We are giving solutions (keeping 50% limit sacrosanct, creamy layer in SC/ST, subcategorization, review of list/criteria, removal of over represented castes, economic criteria consideration, removal of Muslims/Christians/Buddhists from reservation), FROM LAST 5 YEARS.

-We are debunking fake narratives, fighting against demonization of GC, FROM LAST 5 YEARS.

-We have targeted every political party (Congress, RJD, SP, BSP, DMK, TMC), FROM LAST 5 YEARS.

So just because you can't see something, doesn't mean it doesn't exist!
And just because you believe something, doesn't mean it's true!
