I ve been critical of @annamalai_k in the past, his politics was strategically wrong.
But BJP getting 11% vote under his leadership in 2024 is huge achievement. Today In that 11% around 8% ve shifted to TVK because of sidelining Annamalai, had he contested elections from Palladam EPS would ve been LoP.

Bjp without Annamalai is dead body they ll struggle to retain 2.9%, even brahmins will be voting for TVK,Most of the pro Modi voters will be voting for Annamalai in 2029.
JVC who once said Annamalai will be PM in 2054 will also be supporting TVK.

கடந்த 1970 ஆம் ஆண்டு, இதே நாளில்தான், விவசாயத்துக்கு வழங்கப்படும் மின்சாரக் கட்டண உயர்வை எதிர்த்துப் போராடிய விவசாயிகள் மீது துப்பாக்கிச் சூடு நடந்து, மூன்று விவசாயிகள் கொல்லப்பட்டனர். 56 ஆண்டுகள் கடந்தும், அதே நாளில், மீண்டும் விவசாயிகள் தங்கள் கோரிக்கைகளுக்காக தங்களையே வருத்திக் கொள்ளும் நிலையில் இருப்பது வருத்தமளிக்கிறது.

கொடுத்த வாக்குறுதியை முழுமையாக நிறைவேற்றுவதே அரசின் கடமை. இது போன்று கடந்த ஆட்சியில் வாக்குறுதிகளை நிறைவேற்றாமல் மக்களை ஏமாற்றியதாலேயே, மக்கள் மாற்றம் வேண்டி தவெக அரசைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்தனர். ஆனால், பெயரில் மட்டுமே மாற்றம் இருப்பது துரதிருஷ்டவசமானது.

உடனடியாக, தவெக அரசு, தங்கள் தேர்தல் வாக்குறுதியின்படி, 5 ஏக்கர் வரை நிலம் வைத்திருக்கும் விவசாயிகளின் பயிர்க்கடனை முழுமையாகத் தள்ளுபடி செய்ய வேண்டும் என்றும், விவசாயிகளை மேலும் வருத்த வேண்டாம் என்றும் வலியுறுத்துகிறேன்.
