You do not need to drown the consulate in paper for financials. I only submitted a stamped 3-month salary account bank statement showing a healthy balance, 3 months of payslips, and 2 years of ITR-V acknowledgments. I also included an employer NOC on company letterhead, which the agent initially called optional, but I insisted on keeping it in the stack. 4/6

They responded positively and confirmed they can accommodate walk-ins when daily footfall is manageable. If you are stuck in slot limbo, visiting early morning is worth a shot.
