Hi @DistroKid So just curious to know that why don't you allow UPI Payments or debit card payments for your Indian customers? You can't expect a user to renew their credit cards every year right? It's very inconvenient & would request you to enable direct payment to avoid hassle.

@flyspicejet So this happened today. I had a Spicejet flight from Ahmedabad to Pakyong, via Delhi. Flight was at 6.05 am, I reached the counter at 5.10 and despite requesting for check in, the staff didn't let me board, and wasted another 5 minutes. Worst AIRLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE
