This really helps cos team heads (we have a kick ass bunch of them!) debate. define, roll-out policy & implement it too. Also, flexibility and de-centralized ownership is key to navigating VUCA. We know we have to improve each day, each yr.

This ensured while we settle in the new normal the cashflows were sustained. Will hold this lesson dearly for life!
