We're looking at AI from inside a bubble and assuming everyone else is looking at it the same way.

AI has made me more productive. It pushed me out of a comfort zone I didn't even realize I was living in. After using AI tools for three years straight, I realized it's just a tool. I'm the AGI.

The biggest frustration I keep seeing with tech founders: closing the deal is harder than building the product.

Bro it's not about charging $5k, $10k, $15k or $100k, one-time or monthly. "We build hyper-personalized AI agents for your industry" + some outcome numbers + client logos = deal closed. If only it were that easy.

No one cares about scalability or features on a product demo. Alex Hormozi is right about only one thing: making offers so good people feel stupid saying no.

Don't be generous enough to actively and repeatedly interacting with X users flagged as "Probable Spam" or hidden under spam filters. It can harm your own account's reach and visibility. I did it yesterday out of generosity, and now my reach is affected.
