सवाल खर्च का नहीं, बल्कि संतुलन और जवाबदेही का है।
जब जनता हर रुपये की कीमत समझकर अपनी जरूरतें सीमित करती है, तो स्वाभाविक है कि वह यह भी जानना चाहती है कि उसके टैक्स से मिलने वाले भत्तों का उपयोग कितना जरूरी और पारदर्शी है।

डिजिटल युग में जनप्रतिनिधियों के लिए संचार और तकनीक जरूरी हैं, लेकिन यह भी उतना ही महत्वपूर्ण है कि व्यवस्था ऐसी हो जो जनता के भरोसे को मजबूत करे और खर्चों को तर्कसंगत बनाए।

असल मुद्दा तुलना नहीं, बल्कि पारदर्शिता है......जहाँ जनता त्याग करती है, वहाँ व्यवस्था से जिम्मेदारी की अपेक्षा भी बढ़ जाती है।

सोचने वाली बात यह है......
क्या जनप्रतिनिधियों के भत्तों और आम नागरिक की वास्तविकता के बीच संतुलन पर खुली चर्चा नहीं होनी चाहिए ?
