10K relocation stipend for each PGY-1.
Guaranteed minimum salary of
$100K for PGY-1
$110 K for PGY-2
$117K for PGY-3
No fellow should be making less than $125K.
Residents and fellows add too much value to the bottom line of the hospital system.

I'm dealing with death in the family right now(my grandfather) while working as a memory fellow, where our patients are in the aging population, helping and educating them on what to do. All while waiting for the Match 😰
