It has been 3 weeks now since the @irishferries sailing we are booked on today changed its departure time from 1410 to 1315, & still they & @thetrainline seem incapable of basic communication! If I follow our journey plan on Trainline app we would miss our ferry! #useless

Hi @Irish_Ferries and @thetrainline We have booked to travel to Dublin from Liverpool via train and as foot passengers. According to Irish Ferries website the Ulysses is sailing at a new time of 13.15, but when I view our journey on Trainline app it still says 14.10…
…& times our trains from Liverpool to Holyhead for that 14.10 time not 13.15. If we go with the times Trainline says we will miss the sailing!! Some communication between yourselves and clarity would really help @thetrainline and @Irish_Ferries !!!
…as well as booking reference number. In the Eurostar app it will no longer let me view tickets, and in my Apple wallet I just have boarding passes so I can not see the 9 digit ticket number anywhere. Trying to phone to ask help and have been waiting now for 45 mins @EurostarUK
Shockingly bad customer service from @EurostarUK@eurostar - I’m simply trying to arrange compensation as it says I’m entitled to as my train was stopped at Brussels and so we were over 3 hours later than scheduled getting to Amsterdam. Says that I need a ticket number…
& might not even need a new part. But £216 just to discover that for definite. In the meantime we and Matthew’s various carers will continue doing our backs no favours pushing him manually up & down ramp, which is no easy job. Really disappointing @MotabilityOps & @alliedmobility
Massively disappointing @alliedmobility & @MotabilityOps. Our severely disabled & massively complex non verbal 15 year old son has managed to pull and disconnect the wiring for the winch remote in his wheelchair accessible vehicle. We try our best to prevent damage like this…
…but it is extremely difficult! Anyway, @MotabilityOps have refused to cover the repair and @alliedmobility have said it would cost £216 for them to just come and assess and then labour & parts. I think it could be reconnected in about 5 mins flat by someone who knows how…
