It may have taken 24 years, but today, Valerie Mack gets her Justice.

Valerie was last seen by her family in the Port Republic area of NJ, in October 2000. She was living in Port Republic at time of her disappearance, although there have been reports of her in NYC.

On 11/19/00, hunters came across multiple plastic garbage bags that contained a torso, legs, and left foot of a female victim along a wooded path off Halsley Manor Road in Manorville. Reports at the time believed she was killed approximately 3 months prior. (However, according to a recent article, family had last seen her in October 2000, which means her remains were there for a maximum of a month).

On 4/4/11, head, hands, and right foot found off Ocean Parkway near Gilgo Beach. The remains were found 250 feet from the remains of Toddler Doe. LE determined, through DNA, there was no relation between these remains and the Toddler. The Toddler was later determined to be the daughter of Peaches.

In May 2020, these remains (formerly known as Jane Doe #6 or Manorville Jane Doe) were identified through genealogical DNA as Valerie Mack. Valerie was born 7/2/76 and was 24 years at the time of her disappearance. She had brown hair, hazel eyes, 5', and weighed approximately 100 lbs.

Our thoughts and love are forever with Valerie’s entire family. I pray Valerie, Sandra, Jessica, Maureen, Megan, Melissa and Amber get their Justice.

I continuously pray that Karen, Peaches, Toddler, Asian Doe along with Shannan, Natasha, Sugar Bear, Tanya, and all of the others get their names and Justice.

I cannot express my gratitude to Rodney Harrison and Ray Tierney for creating this exceptional Taskforce. And to that “female NY State Trooper” for her laser focus, we all thank you profoundly.
