@AmericanAir I was on flight 2854 from Sdf to CLT when we landed the caption informed us that the plane at our gate was broke down and we sat there for 1.5 hours waiting for them to move it. I missed my connection and they are saying it is flight control issue

American is not putting up a hotel because they say it isn’t their fault , but it was their plane broke at the gate that kept us from making our connection.

@HiltonHonors , on June 21 my HH account was hacked for the 4th time this year, even though I had 2FA. I sent email to Fraud department on June 22. NOTHING has been resolved. I had 850k points that I was using for my 20 anniversary, THAT NOW YOU HAVE RUINED!!

I then sent him a confirmation number from my recent stay that showed my HH # and Diamond status he put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up. I called back the lady was very nice but could not help me she gave me a website to go to “HH account review “ but it doesn’t exist
