@Wowcher_Support had an issue with a delivery payment that was taken twice, sellers email doesn’t work, used Wowcher WhatsApp and have provided photo evidence as requested and email address as requested… still not sorted!!

@Twickenhamstad the bag drop off situation is a joke, and totally inadequate. Who ever had the idea needs sacking, waiting over an hour to collect my bag.
@SilverstoneUK when will you answer the emails you requested rather than constant automated responses. How do we contact an individual rather than a bot. Customer services so far is shambolic.
@Tesco@Tesco missing items definitely out for delivery.... be with you by 1800... finally turns up at 1945, 31hrs after the first delivery. Absolutely disgusting customer services all day. All future delivery slots have now been cancelled. Let’s try @asda and see how they do.
@Tesco absolutely disgusted, my shielding parents, still waiting for 18 missing items 24hrs after their 1st delivery, 2nd delivery hasn’t turned up, no communication
@Tesco Delivery was meant to be this morning, now you have said.. at some point before 1800.. shocked that there is no route schedule or plan with a time slot. Seriously lacking care in customer care.
Disgusted @TheRAC_UK was told at 1340 I’d be recovered within 2hrs due to medical and having a child with me. At 1600 told by 1700. Now being told hopefully by 1830.. 5hrs!
