Why is it, @sainsburys, that I'm never able to order wine in my online orders when it's a slot that should be able to, but only just. I think this might be some off by 1 error in your system somewhere? I have a hunch that I see this when we're on GMT (not BST) but might be wrong.

@sainsburys I have no visibility into your internal processes. Does an 11am order get scanned after 10am? What about 12pm?

If I have a basket with wine in this is the slot availability… seems that this is ignorant of the rule about the time it goes through the till. Thoughts?

Regardless of the answers the needed fix is to change the message to reflect reality. When will this be done?

@sainsburys Interesting. The message clearly says you’re able to deliver alcohol after 10am. But you’re saying that’s not true as it depends on the scan time rather than the delivery time? That’s stupid but some follow up questions: at what time is to legal to put it through the checkout?
