@Qantas on hold for over 11hrs in total, still not spoken to anyone. Keep getting cut off at 2 hrs and have to start again. Neither have I had a reply to my messages on Twitter or Facebook. Are you still in business??
@GWRHelp why haven’t you called us back or replied to us? After many calls, on 5th august you asked for info, which we gave, now silence. 2hrs on hold and a promise of a call back yesterday and now nothing from you. Awful, Awful, Awful customer service.
