Even the tolls operated by the Himachal government on national highways are illegal and currently under judicial review. @NaughtyHimachal
Don't cry now. It took just a single day to bring you tourist-abusing buffoons to heel.
You have a problem, go to court.

Open loot at the Himachal–Punjab border in the name of “Khalsa Tax” is completely illegal and unacceptable. No individual or group has the right to stop vehicles and forcibly collect money from Himachali vehicle owners.
If you want a tax, ask the government to legalize it. Until then, this is open loot on public roads.

A huge help for the commuters to Himachal Pradesh, this nearly 12 km of hilly stretch between Garhshankar and Anandpur Sahib has been repaired and widened selflessly by a ₹2-crore project of Baba Satnam Singh led Kar Sewa Qila Anandgarh Sri Anandpur Sahib.
We are working on the upcoming issue of Panth Prakash, a special commemorative edition dedicated to the martyrs of Operation Blue Star and the brave defenders of faith.
If you have thoughts, reflections, or articles you’d like included, please send them before 10 June via DM or email us at [email protected].

The problem with the bhakts (be it of any party) is that they pawn away their brains to the party they follow and refuse to believe anything even when confronted with facts and evidence right in front of their face.

@sikhhatetracker Again go read the law. Sc has already interpreted the provision. The demolition is done under the supervision of a first class judicial magistrate and is sanctioned by law. If you feel for drug peddlers please go ahead and challenge the demolition. Please do.
One Man's Actions Do Not Define a Community
The sentencing of Vickrum Digwa to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 21 years marks the conclusion of a tragic case that has devastated the family and friends of Henry Nowak.
@mshahi0024 In Punjab, while common police officers are killed while going to work.
But Arvind Kejriwal is receiving security cover from Punjab police? What constitutional position does he hold in Punjab.
He isn’t even a resident of Punjab.
“Bulldozer Justice” is neither justice nor legal. It is extrajudicial punishment that violates due process, the presumption of innocence, and Article 21 fundamental rights.
Demolishing homes of the accused without trial is state terrorism.
If this is the model, why even have courts? Lock them up and give street-style justice a free hand.
As I said, it doesn’t matter even if I bring you proof; you still will not believe it.
The problem is you fail to understand the ramifications of this kind of actions.
Congress weaponised the agencies like ED while in power, believing they would always stay in power, but then BJP came along and perfected the same agencies against the opposition.
Power isn’t absolute. Once you open the door to these kinds of actions, there is no going back. The next people who come to power will use the same tactics in a worse way until the system collapses.
PS: I have attached the actual judgement. Hope you have the time to read it.
Demolition was carried out as part of illegal encroachment and construction.
It has nothing to do with “Yudh Nashe Virudh.”
If it was against illegal encroachment and construction, why was it termed as action against drug traffickers/dealers?
There are pictures of illegal encroachment of the public pathway in front of the CM’s house. I hope the “Peela Panja” reaches there and delivers some justice too.
You need to read law, 🤡🤡🤡🤡
Authorities cannot simply demolish house or building under NDPS.
If a house is illegally acquired, it can be taken over by the government and sold but arbitrary destruction is illegal and challengeable in High Court.
Any demolition drive would need independent legal basis and full procedure.
Under the NDPS Act, only certain seized property primarily narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and controlled substances — can be destroyed without a full court trial order or final conviction.
