The level of customer service for a long term customer @Truist at the Housley Road Annapolis MD branch is horrible. Business customers should be able to get a return phone call. Management should monitor the branch manager and require some retraining.
Our business has been a customer of Truist and its former banks for 47 years. We are currently having deposits from out of state banks held for 10 - 14 days. Itβs very difficult to run a business with the hold on these funds. We canβt get our branch manager to come out of her office to speak with us because she says there is nothing she can do. This hold seems excessive since we are not a new customer or have no other risks associated with our account.
