Just got back from a beautiful 2 hours of running....without rain! After the horrendous weather recently chanced a run after the kids went to sleep and it paid off beautifully 🙌🏻 #positivity

@Dr_Ed_Griffith It’s the negativity that’s frustrating me. Droves of people moaning about the few weeks of delaying. @parkrunUK are trying their best, it seems to be land owners and logistics that’s causing the issues. We need to be patient!

I totally get peoples #parkrun frustration. But you can still run at 9am on a Saturday morning until they are officially back, spare a thought for everyone who has suffered personally over the last 16 months. #biggerpicture

@ClaireWynarczyk @CumbriaPR I get the community element of it. What I am seeing day in day out is people moaning about the delay. It can’t be helped.We can run up to 30 people at the moment so people can meet up with friends family and colleagues for a Saturday morning run there isn’t anything stopping that

@runwithmartin I totally get that. But on the other hand they need all of the parkruns which will defo be on to be starting at the same time to reduce the risk of huge crowds

It’s been a very busy few weeks. Clocked up an average of 75 miles a week for the month so far. It’s now getting even harder now all the after school clubs have started back! 🤯

It’s chilly but some beautiful mornings to get out running before the day starts. Managed 17 miles in the sun this morning and back just before the kids woke up. Perfect 😃

The good news about the easing of lockdowns....a lot of people are travelling for exercise now, so the local streets are being reclaimed 🏃🏻‍♂️
