It's a 100°F week across many of our customers' markets. They're operating at peak demand.

95% can look good on a benchmark. It's a failing grade when the other 5% is someone's emergency.

@Netic_AI handled 4,600+ live calls for a single customer on one peak day last week. Across customers, no two situations are alike: an 87-year-old alone in a home hitting 105°F. A flooded basement. A vet clinic overwhelmed with heatstroke cases. Every one had to end in real-world action.

Most of the world's work still happens outside a browser. The hardest AI problems start there.

@loveofsports24 @Troutville27 Our GMs have done the best they can with no legit prospects to deal & an owner whose always been a meddler, setting us back years with horrible FA signings back when he did spend, but has gotten increasingly cheap now. TEX/SEA/HOU so much better; will be lucky to finish 3rd IMO😢

@Troutville27 @loveofsports24 Exactly. These minor moves don’t move the needle anyways. Need a massive tear down and rebuild from the farm to the show, combined with new ownership for me to have any hope. We used to be relevant. We are now a joke and perennial losers unfortunately.

@loveofsports24 @Troutville27 I wish/hope you’re right, but roster is no better than anything assembled in recent history. We’ve finished with 89-99 losses each of the last 4 years and haven’t broken .500 since ‘15. So, I have no reason to believe they magically become a winner in ‘26. Sell the team Arte!

@SleeperAngels Kikuchi & Soriano are okay, but more like middle of the rotation guys, Detmers is a reliever, Rodriguez hasn’t pitched since ‘24 & coming back from major surgery, Dana is a minor leaguer who had ERA close to 10 in 3 MLB starts, Manoah flamed out and was DFA’d by two good teams.
