@DtheGman @Artistictech @jacewg @MadFoxBrewing We need more industry folks to champion beers for being deliciously balanced as for being huge and aggressive. I would love to see it be as easy to get a well-executed cream ale covered and picked up as it is would be for a hazy IPA with cicadas in the mash.

@DtheGman @Artistictech @jacewg @MadFoxBrewing But your point about it being hard to stand out making subtle traditional styles is very real. Luckily there are some key industry folks like @jacewg and @DTCWINE keep these beers on and wax enthusiastic about pilsner and Koelsch and other traditional styles.

@DtheGman @Artistictech @jacewg @MadFoxBrewing @silverbranchus This weekend, for example, we are releasing both a session hazy and a traditional Koelsch made with a true Koelsch yeast. One is a bludgeon upside the head while the other is delicate and poundable. I love being able to play with both sides of the craft beer world.

We love being committed to our vision of celebrating the beers and cultures of the 4 big brewing cultures! Luckily this allows us to make both brash IPAs and very traditional beers that are defined by subtlety and drinkability.
