@DrJN_SportsMed Unfortunately none. The sore point was always where the bowler made first contact with the bowling crease. Very difficult to get them landing differently. Gel heel cups seemed to increase the pressure on the area. Tape helped when RTP to stop the heel pad ‘splaying’
