@RobKenyonReform Just note about British traditions, in the 18th century French Huguenots had a church in Brick Lane. Subsequently this has been a synagogue and a mosque. It is a British tradition to accept refugees.

@drjones84852710 @willsolfiac Cheddar was produced in many countries long before the EU came into existence. Apparently, the name describes the process by which the cheese is made, not where it was made. There are at least two protected Cheddars, West Country Farmhouse Cheddar and Orkney Cheddar
