@IKEAUKSupport do you offer standard delivery for second hand items bought in store ? Thanks

[Sílvia Ferreira @silviabia41]

@santanderukhelp Does upgrading an ISA counts as opening a new account? Thanks

[Sílvia Ferreira @silviabia41]

@AllTrails The way that the trails appear on the map that was brought a couple of months ago is not good. Please bring back the old map!

[Sílvia Ferreira @silviabia41]

@MACcosmetics please bring back Faux Lipstick 🙏🏻 Sitting Pretty is very similar but it's not the same 😭 Faux shade was unique and I am sure a lot of other people are devastated that it was discontinued 😭😭😭😭😭

[Sílvia Ferreira @silviabia41]

@Tesco I have bought this in the Republic of Ireland but can't seem to find them anywhere in stores in Northern Ireland 😟 😭 can you confirm that this product is not sold in the UK?

[Sílvia Ferreira @silviabia41]

@RoyalMailHelp @RoyalMailHelp Today I was not at home but the postman decided to leave the parcel on top of the mailboxes in the entrance of the building 🤬

[Sílvia Ferreira @silviabia41]

@RoyalMailHelp your inconsistencies while delivering parcels is getting a bit out of hand and honestly it just got to the point of annoyance.

[Sílvia Ferreira @silviabia41]

@RoyalMailHelp Yesterday I was at home but the postman didn't knock on my door. The parcel was marked as couldn't be delivered because it didn't seem that I was in!

[Sílvia Ferreira @silviabia41]

@ThreeUKSupport Yup same again... can't make any calls unless I am connected to a WiFi and WiFi calling is turned on

@easyJet Thanks but I was able to book the flights through the app without any issues. It's your website that doesn't work properly

[Sílvia Ferreira @silviabia41]

@easyJet everytime I try to book flights through your website I get all kinds of bugs/errors. It is a nightmare to get flights booked- fix your website!!!

[Sílvia Ferreira @silviabia41]

@TwiningsUK was the cold infusion rose lemonade discontinued? 😭

[Sílvia Ferreira @silviabia41]

@RoyalMailHelp Hi there! To clarify my parcel was left on the "safe place" (main corridor of the building) I am just highlighting that your service is not as it was before a couple of years ago 😪

[Sílvia Ferreira @silviabia41]

@RoyalMail you are getting better each day! I am at home, postman never knocks on my door, tracking says that parcel was left on my "safeplace" with a note. No note and the pic on proof of delivery is not even my parcel 😂😂😂
