Currently in Rhodes. Evacuated from lindos on Saturday. @VillaPlusNews rep said safe to return today but Road closures prevent this. Holiday turning into a nightmare. Will I be reimbursed for additional costs and refunded for villa cost @SimonCalder

@privateclinic why do you respond very quickly when a customer wishes to book an appointment but not the case when a customer is wanting a call back for results they are not 100% happy with and wish to be seen again? I have left 2 messages and have yet to be called back
