@JReyMDVascular This graft looks like a endologix. Isnt it?We confronted this issue before. But i have to say that endologix grafts wall is thin and has ptfe structure. I saw the grafts melting in the operation. Thats interesting.

@rafasadaba Guidelines tell us same thing. We generally choose population mechanical AVR(st jude regent valve)in this age. But the real problem for us is early degeneration for the biological valve. We choose this for the ages upto 70

@RKTvascular @AortaSurg At this point thoraflex and jotec is hybrid graft system. Stitching the collar part of the graft circumferentially is enough to control the bleeding.
