@Debenhams cont… Debenhams are now not taking any responsibility for this nor are the courier company. Shambolic!!! We purchased through Debenhams and your duty of care as seller is with us. The item under the consumers right act was not delivered with care and skill.
@Debenhams I have recently ordered a chair for my very elderly father and whilst it was delivered the courier company dumped it out in front of the property and left without any notification of delivery. The slabs were broken and they were unable to bring the item in when “found”
@DVSAgovuk Hi. So my daughter did her test yesterday and failed and I found someone to swap with for the 19th. It is more than 10 days after but the customer service lady said it wouldn’t swap as it is the 10th day. But it is more than 10 days. Can someone help ?
@JustEatUK Had most awful cust serv from Pizza Hut via your app. Food came almost two hours after ordering and shop kept telling us it was on the way. Once food came it was dripping in oil inedible waste of money time and couldn’t contact Just eat couldn’t cancel our order
@sainsburys could someone please contact me as I am sure your customer service lady has just put the phone down on me. I am not a happy customer to say the least right now.
@SP_EnergyPeople I have just spent an hour on the phone as my dd is going up £100 eventhough I am in a credit to be told basically tough luck! It has been bought down by myself on my account but why if I am in a credit and going into the summer months are my bills going up!!!!
