I needed 6 seats in 2AC but only 4 were available, so I had to book 2 in Sleeper. Earlier, money was deducted 3 times but tickets didn’t get confirmed.
TTE Virendar Singh was extremely rude. He immediately sent 2 girls to Sleeper and when I asked for his ID, he refused to show.
I booked a current ticket in train, but by mistake my name showed as Sachin Kalita instead of Simanta Kalita. Normal 2AC fare is ~₹700 but I was charged ₹2000 with fine.

Shopkeeper promised same-day installation, but nothing happened.
After multiple calls, finally got through, now they say installation will happen tomorrow.
