What a great experience to share #SimBionics research with fellow scientists at @pintofscienceDE in Goettingen! Thanks to the organizers for three nights of #science.
📢New review paper available in open access! @SabinaManz and @RLValette, in collaboration with the @SimBionicsEU team, co-authored “A review of user needs to drive the development of lower limb prostheses”. 🦿 Published in #JNER (@BioMedCentral): https://t.co/E8OpJ7RlNU

On October 19th, our consortium organized the SimBionics Day, which was made of public workshops involving lead researchers from SimBionics and eminent researchers from the Aalborg University.
It was an occasion for them to present their latest research results, and give an in-depth look on neurorehabilitation, prosthetics and orthotics, from an industrial, clinical and academic standpoint.
After one year working together, the whole of Simbionics team meets for the first time at Aalborg university on the 19 and 20th of October 2021.
Many thanks to @rlvalette and @Strahinja for organizing and hosting the meeting! #SimBionicsDay#ConsortiumMeeting
Meet ESR 4: @SabinaManz
Her work will focus on assessment tools to differenciate between lower limb prostheses. She's a PhD student at Aalborg University and @ottobockHQ_de, supervised by Strahinja Dosen and @robo_tico and has a master’s degree in biomechanics from @uofcknes.
