@CensoredHead Have you reached out to your local maths hub for support? All schemes ultimately fail without effective PD alongside their implementation. SKTEM for ECTs would be a suitable workgroup.
@MrHeadPrimary Beware of the jet wash when cleaning and leaving heated mirrors on. I have had mine replaced under warranty on a different VAG group car as the image became distorted. Still cool though!

@PrimaryCoHead We moved away from My Maths, but have struggled to find a suitable alternative. Anything I have looked at doesnβt appear to support the way we teach mathematics in school. Definite gap in the market for someone to fill.
@MissKhan__ The head and I share a room. We are often passing ships but itβs a good place to catch up at the beginning and end of the day. It has a meeting table and some space to work with chn.
@Headteacherchat We have been using @provisionmap for 3 years and as a SENDCo it has been really helpful for costing provision and monitoring the impact of provision.

@Alex_Bramley3 How many times do class teachers end up missing out on time to repair the relationship with a child when something has went wrong? More often than not I would say. Fine with SLT supporting challenging behaviour but teacher needs to be involved in βputting it rightβ
