@ianmiles So by this rationale, if the postie/mailman delivers a heavy parcel I should tip them? I’d never get anything delivered because this is their job. I work in health care but even if I save a life I’m not allowed to receive tips or reward.

@milkyfilky @ianmiles I realise it’s a different country and culture but in the UK a tip is usually associated with the level of service . If a server in a restaurant is not very good then no tip isn’t uncommon. An expectation that you will get more than the listed price just because, is crazy.
