I challenge the bosses of @arrivanortheast to make that journey as per current timetable. Not sure how an app will help its a better service that's needed.
@MaryTheGeordie@ChiOnwurah @arrivanoeteast The services from Wideopen have been appalling for months now. My 76yr old mum has to set off 2 hours early for any appointment in town as she can't rely on your service. Buses cancelled or not stopping are a frequent occurance.
@ChiOnwurah@StagecoachNE @annietrev Replying on behalf of my 76 yr old mum who is experiencing v poor service on Arriva routes from Wideopen to Newcastle. Number of busses reduced and those which are schedules are often late or overcrowded.
