@RGIAHyd Every time we land early hrs at HYD, it’s the same saga ! Queueing for more than an hour @ immigration ! There are umpteen families with young children, elderly and frail. I wonder when this will change ? You really need to do something to hasten immigration process ! Tx

@RGIAHyd Add to that - staff had no clue where I could give a direct feedback to in charge on floor, if any! With this kind of service, we are far away from international standards, I’m afraid! 2 hrs after landing, we are finally on our way out.

I truly hope this gets better in future.
