@GoFirstairways My to and fro flights MAA-CMB cancelled without justification.Your CustomerCare folks are also clueless. They offer to rebook on the next flight but GOFirst has no flights to Colombo all of next month. WTH? My visa and other bookings done. I need valid reparation

@souvikdg @GoFirstairways @harshshah30 Word of caution! The support staff at @GoFirstairways might take CMB to be Coimbatore and not Colombo. One operator( I talked to 5 I think) even asked me "Sir Why don't you take a Cab from Chennai to Coimbatore". It was a fun engagement🙏🏾

In response I received a timely call exactly one hour after the scheduled departure time asking "How may we help". But the real icing on the cake was "Is there anything else we could help with?" Broke my peace!
