@CrossCountryUK Worn-out seats, short-formed trains leading to overcrowding for hours on end, and interiors that look like this. At the prices we pay to use these heaps, aren’t you ashamed of this? When will you invest in sorting this out?
@AnnieFuller09@airindia To boot, after dramatically changing my itinerary twice & forcing me to reorganise everything, they wouldn’t even throw in lounge access in DEL to handle the 7.5hr layover they’ve lumbered me with, and then put me in middle seats for 23 hours, extracting more cash to move. Avoid
@beepaloo@bhogleharsha@airindia They’ve zero regard for personal obligations. MEL-DEL-LHR: They scrapped flying it on weekends, so had to fly through a business day to accommodate them. With 23hr notice, they rescheduled first leg, resulting in 7.5hr layover, more reorganised plans & no attempts to compensate
@aldcosta@bhogleharsha@airindia They’re still totally hit-and-miss. Those 787 aircraft feel very neglected. Made me long for China Eastern in comparison! Not sure how much salt they add to their food either, as my body went into a state of trying to cleanse itself of sodium for 2 days after LHR-DEL-MEL
They rescheduled the first leg with 23h notice so connection no longer works, offer a 7.5 hour layover, force me to reorganise my schedule for a second time and don’t even offer the token apologetic gesture of lounge access to accommodate this utter farce. Total shitshow. [2/2]
As someone who flies over 100k km a year, it’s very rare I’ll personally blacklist an airline. However: I’ll never book @airindia again. MEL-DEL-LHR. Original weekend dates/times were cancelled. Had to clear a business day to accommodate them… [1/2]
@sandeep_khera@airindia No denial possible strategy. UK law, derived from EU261 regs: If the ticketed route ex-UK, they’re liable for compensation. Acceptable to start a journey in London 10 hours earlier and then stumble into this without compensation?! @airindia needs to get its act together
@airindia Again, you cancelled AI308 to Melbourne. There is no excuse for this level of no notice chaos you’re inflicting on your passengers. You can plan better than this for safety checks. I’m flying with you 3rd July out of Heathrow. Do this to me and UK law will be applicable
@airindia@suryakant129 Really?! I’m concerned. I need this route to be working shortly too. And you’re lying to this customer here (and you bloody well knew 10 hours back that this was not doing to be in MEL to operate this route). Seriously: This planning is abysmal
@SafestoreLtd Your enquiry follow-up plan is why most people don’t submit their real details when obtaining online quotes. I just ran an online quote when hypothesising an idea. What I didn’t need was bombarding with missed calls, voicemails, SMS and emails inside a few hours.
@LozzaFox See a psychiatrist for your own good. Apart from a few quid in revenue from the attention you’re seeking, this trajectory you’re on isn’t going to take you anywhere good.
@Deliveroo I work from home. I just wanted a simple lunch delivery. The food is now extremely late, live chat insists the rider is on their way to the restaurant (it’s said that for almost 40 mins) and there’s no more help. I don’t want stone cold food. I may as well have cooked.
@darrengrimes This isn’t enlightenment. This is incitement. Speaking as someone with hundreds of years of “British ancestry”, you’re nothing but a grade-one stirrer of hate and division.
@darrengrimes There’s no story here. There could’ve been a load of reasons why there was a delay releasing this info. You’re nothing but a disgusting inciter of hate & division who contributes nothing to society except for provoking an even more broken society for your own financial gain.
@pritipatel Britain needs you and your whole bunch of vile cronies done first. You’ve utterly wrecked this country. The mental health of the nation is an utter mess.
