Optimization of EV isolation, concentration and storage protocols helps to increase EV recovery and thereby to a lower need for EV production upscaling. I hope this data will help others to increase their EV yields.. 3/4
Extracellular vesicles (EVs) play an important role in intercellular communication and have therapeutic potential. @simon4189, @VaderPieter, @JSluijter and colleagues tested several conditions to increase production processes.
