Our 3-year-old daughter has surgery 29 Apr at LUKS Kinderspital. ENT specialist documents risk of permanent hearing damage if she flies. @FlySWISS has not responded to our refund request despite full medical documentation. We are devastated. #SwissAirlines #CustomerService
