@Tunjigrace@gideonodoma So if you're light and you're not living as light you're no longer light?
Let me rephrase, if you're a man and you're living like a woman, does that mean that you're no longer a man?
@BrotherPossible@gideonodoma If you cannot agree to the simple fact that a believer doesn't live in sin to become saved; rather he doesn't live in sin because he is saved. If you cannot agree with something as basic as this, is it now eternal salvation that you want to agree with?
@BrotherPossible@gideonodoma I told you I wouldn't answer the question and I gave you the reason.
That question isn't the subject of the discuss.
You see, if you don't believe my explanation to the main post you cannot believe any other thing I will say.
@BrotherPossible 1 Corinthians 13:5 NLT
[5] or rude. *It does not demand its own way*. It is not irritable, and it keeps no record of being wronged.
He doesn't force people to do this.
Look at how AMPC put it
Love (God's love in us) does not insist on its own rights or its own way
@BrotherPossible Psalms 115:16 NLT
[16] The heavens belong to the Lord, but *he has given the earth to all humanity*.
God has given the control of this earth to men. And as love that He is:
1 John 4:8 NLT
[8] But anyone who does not love does not know God, for *God is love*.
@BrotherPossible@gideonodoma Keep sentiment aside for a minute, let's talk Bible small.
Do you believe that the explanation I gave in response to the original post is correct?
@BrotherPossible@gideonodoma Your question and the picture you posted is rather arguing the longevity of salvation.
If your claim is that we said that a believer who committed sin is still a believer, then we really said it.
But, "once you're saved you should go ahead and live in sin" , we never said that.
@BrotherPossible@gideonodoma This was the exact same methodology that the Pharisees used on Jesus. And Jesus knew when to avoid such questions.
Believe whatever you want to believe alright?
Just don't slander people.
@BrotherPossible@gideonodoma There are some questions that we're asked to avoid in the Bible. Those questions don't seek to know, they seek strife and argument. And there's a clear instruction in the Bible to believers not to strive.
@gideonodoma This again proves that none of y'all understand the core of the 'hypergrace' message and therefore you keep fighting what you don't know.
Paul said, "you were once darkness" (that means that the believer is no longer darkness)
...
@gideonodoma It's actually a sin to say that people are preaching what they're not preaching.
Don't get into sin because you're trying to defend the truth.
Blessings.
@gideonodoma I am not saying that you people should become grace preachers; I'm saying you should stop dragging people that you don't even understand the core of their teaching.
If you won't listen to people's messages, then don't draw conclusions based on what you think they're preaching.
