@tonytonggg@antinertia $20M is the unluckiest version. The real sequence is the offer works on a few people who aren't related to you -> then spend to find more of them
@FoundationDads Same in judo. Ukemi comes before the throw. Most parents don't realize their kid has to learn how to hit the floor safely before they can hit anything else
@bmoreopensource@BryanHarneyPPS Position denial is the cheat code. Nobody clocks it as skill because nothing happened, but you controlled the whole round
@Wyckoff_Insider Judo for the standing part. Half my training is being thrown, the other half is learning to throw. BJJ is great but the Standing skills are underrated
@thealepalombo Vietnam for me. Cheap enough that a slow month doesn't kill the runway, and the visa dance keeps you honest about how long you actually plan to stay.
If I get it right, to improve your situation focus solely on understanding pain points, not even intent to sell yet. If they engage on their pain points they will happy pay for solution.
I started to see improvement when I pointed at specific pain and then offered to show them 2 minute video with the solution
