@ShopifySupport Shopify double-currency-conversion bug caused a merchant to leave a 1 star review for our subscriptions app calling it "unsafe".
the broken prices were baked into the subscription contract before our app ever touched the renewal - confirmed by @fotofotoYEG
Is there any escalation path for reviews like this?

A merchant left a 1 star review on our app @KachingAppz because a feature was promised to them before install.
The promise came from Shopify Sidekick - not our team.
We have no control over what Sidekick tells merchants about third-party apps.
