@Debenhams I used your AI chat multiple times. I placed an order with you recently and the item was out of stock. You have refunded my item but not the delivery charge or delivery protection costs. I have been waiting since the 26/11 to hear back from customer service #disgrace

@motorway has listed our car and sold it. The driver takes over an hour taking pictures then disappears 🤷 we chase and chase and chase to find out that the dealer has been told it’s not worth scrap. The dealer still wants it but will send his own driver in 2 weeks. 🤔

[Manchester City Council @ManCityCouncil]

Eight years ago today at 10.31pm, an act of terror tragically took twenty-two lives and left many more with life-changing injuries.

We pause to honour their memory, to stand with the survivors, and to hold close all those affected.

Manchester will never forget. 🐝

[🎸 Rock History 🎸 @historyrock_]

A rock band is performing and the singer sees a kid with a banner asking to play guitar with them. The singer asks him:

- Do you really know how to play guitar?
- Yeah!
- What's your favorite band?
- Guns N' Roses

What happens next is incredible.

@O2 @O2 So I DM you as requested then get ignored again. All well and good that you are quick to post to look good but the point of the DM request is for you to actually follow it up. Didn’t expect any different but I will just contact @Ofcom directly and take the issue up with them.

[Simon Burrows @simonburrows09]

@O2 Changed their billing structure recently and subsequently stopped the 20% Family Loyalty discount. After 3 months of trying, 2 complaints that were closed without contacting us it’s time to go to @Ofcom I fear I won’t be the only one affected. #disgusting #joke

A man wanting to jump off a bridge in London was talked down by strangers who held him for an hour until help arrived. Look at that grip. Look at the care, compassion, selflessness, and determination shown by strangers to a hurting human being.

We need more of this in the world.
