I realise @Ryanair won’t care, but the experience at BHX with a member of their staff was the worst I’ve ever had. So incredibly rude I was gobsmacked. I assume they’re incentivised to charge (con) customers for bags that are within the size they’ve already paid for?
What happened to @OctopusEnergy? They used to have such great customer service. I guess they’ve grown and it’s all about the money now. Tough to scale and keep that service.
Never meet your heroes. A huge fan since I was a kid but only recently flown due to a status match from BA. The experience as gold tier with @VirginAtlantic so far has been terrible! Such a shame. Avoid.
