@SubwayUK Well they don’t have stupid self check out style screens to order a sandwich, for the staff the other side of the counter to look at a screen and still confirm my order. Your whole business model is based on customer service and interaction so you take that out

You walking in tell the staff member what you want to order and they make it. Why do I need to type it into a screen for them on the other side to look at another screen
