"Getting rid of Sharia law is White supremacy? Can you explain that one?"
Jesse Watters presses Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed over his past comments suggesting that efforts to ban Sharia law are tied to White supremacy.
El-Sayed argued on @JesseBWatters that the effort unfairly targets a small community because of its differences.
I completely condemn this radical communist and Marxist garbage.
Look at what they’re pushing. Look at what they want America to become. Then watch them laugh while ordinary Americans are expected to shut up and accept it.
Absolutely not.
I reject their ideology, their agenda, and their vision for this country completely.
America was built on liberty, individual rights, opportunity, and freedom, not Marxism.
I’ll stand against that ideology every single time.
America is worth defending.
🚨Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed attacks efforts to ban Sharia law and calls the opposition white supremacy!
In a 2022 speech to CAIR Oklahoma, El-Sayed criticized the state’s earlier referendum that sought to keep Sharia out of the courts.
He said, “The state of Oklahoma voted in a referendum to amend the constitution to ban Shariah law. What does that mean? I don’t know. And yet the voters banned it anyway.”
He then tied the ban to the Trail of Tears, the Tulsa massacre, and the Oklahoma City bombing, declaring that the “same exact forces” of white supremacy were behind all of them.
In a 2009 New York Times interview he went further, stating he felt a religious obligation to follow Sharia-compliant practices “not because of fear but because of obligation.”
Now the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate in Michigan is defending that record on national television while Republicans push to keep foreign legal systems out of American courts.
Sharia is not compatible with the U.S. Constitution. It includes provisions on apostasy, blasphemy, unequal treatment of women and non-Muslims, and corporal punishments that have no place in this country.
El-Sayed’s position is clear. Anyone who wants to ban the importation of that system is painted as a bigot. Wake the heck up, America.
#Michigan #Sharia
Openly threatening female Members of Congress for not endorsing a proud misogynistic and extremist candidate for Senate.
Just gross. If you’re over the politics of sexism, division, and fear, we must work to defeat Abdul El-Sayed and his supporters.
There’s no other choice.
@LisaForCongress Abdul, surprise, surprise... wants to strip 2nd amendment rights. All hunters in Michigan who aren't registered to vote in November should. They probably never had to worry about it up till now... @DemsForMike@RFSWarRoom
Radical Democrats keep targeting gun ownership. The Second Amendment was written for exactly this reason: to stop the classic communist playbook of confiscation followed by total control.
@FoxNews@JesseBWatters That's not an answer... he's just rummaging in rehearsed word garbage hoping he can find something that sounds like an answer... it's still garbage.
Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed is pressed over his support for sex-change procedures for minors during an appearance on @JesseBWatters
El-Sayed defended his position by arguing the government should stay out of healthcare decisions as Watters questioned him on the issue.
Abdul didn’t have this mentality when a terrorist tried to murder 140 of “his kids.”
He justified and defended the attempted murder of “his kids.”
Abdul only cares about some children in Michigan. Not all. He’s too extreme for Michigan.
Nobody is taking anything Hasan Piker says out of context. We’re actually being extremely direct in quoting him and including the FULL context.
Abdul won’t condemn Hasan because he agrees with his extremist positions.
Abdul is too extreme for Michigan.
@JoeConchaTV Hasan Piker has been his spokesperson whether he claims otherwise, they even do a fist pump together. Does he think we're stupid? In his arrogance and attitude of superiority, everyone is beneath his and Piker's intellect so yes, they think Americans are stupid.
