@jonykipnis Maybe too many applicants who submit proposals which do not match the call, to get a proposal evaluation for free before they submit to the next matching call. That’s why in EU‘s Horizon 2020 they stopped temporarily to give feedback to the applicants.

Excited to have this work finally out… it addresses many controversies in the field and the take home message - if you are imaging your mouse keeping it in a particular head position, make sure to emphasize that because your data will be different from mouse images with another head position.
