@ASBBank Furthermore that email address goes to a 3rd party fulfilment company that can’t help and who also said to phone help desk. No point sending customers to that email address. This also needs to be brought to the product manager’s attention 👍🏼@ASBBank
@ASBBank true rewards website page is broken. I’ve ordered one product, being charged twice for it but not received the product as the link breaks after the payment page. the fulfilment company say they won’t provide product as have not received my order … pls help
@ASBBank Thanks but I’ve tried this. Been on hold twice, longest time spent listening to hold messages 22 minutes. Also emailed and spoken to help desk. Suggest you get this message to the true rewards product manager ASAP as your website is broken. BTW this isn’t Facebook @ASBBank
I think when all this is said and done, I'm going commit to a year of shopping local. No more ASOS, Amazon, or Book Depository just because it's easy and cheap. I'm going to priorise Mum and Dad shops, local businesses, and NZ products from NZ owned chain stores.
